Job Purpose:

GAN is looking for a Project Manager - Integrations to join GAN’s growing online gaming development team. You will manage a key project for GAN, working with teams across the world. GAN’s Headquarters is located in London Bridge, with a large development arm in Sofia. Our marketing offices are in Las Vegas and Tel Aviv, with customer services and marketing offices in New Jersey, USA. 

Description of Job Responsibilities:

  • You will deliver integrations across their lifecycle, including project planning, discovery, development, testing, release and post-release handover.
  • You will coordinate with the client and internal stakeholders worldwide, and provide weekly status reports for your project.
  • You will work with external parties to agree integration scope, timelines and delivery
  • You will be the key point of contact for external parties integrating to the GAN platform
  • You will work closely with the development team to make sure all aspects of the integration are covered and help identify dependencies within the system.
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues on your Integrations.
  • You will keep a close relationship with the external parties to make sure the project is delivered on time
  • Lead integration meetings focused on status reporting, problem resolution, feedback, and fostering open communication within the team on project planning and execution.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is critical, as you will be required to communicate with colleagues, line managers and occasionally large multinational clients.
  • Certification in Project management methodologies, like Agile, Scrum master, Prince2, etc.
  • Demonstrable experience of using Jira to manage IT development sprints
  • High degree of competency with scoping, issue & risk identification, tracking dependencies, user acceptance testing, and communication of overall project status.
  • Identify issues in process or development, and find the solutions to them
  • Superb communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • Excellent relationship builder with co-workers located locally and remotely
  • Experience in working cross functionally to drive the high-level solutions as well as resolve lower level operational issues when needed with experience translating between business and technology
  • Self-starter – you must be proactive in your role, and understand what will be required from you to complete your projects
  • Strong emotional IQ (EQ) and demonstrated ability to create relationships with new people quickly and easily and manage those relationships effectively over time
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong presentations skills
  • Demonstrates ability to adapt to various Client corporate cultures
  • Ability to plan strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution
  • Experience of US gaming regulation an advantage.
  • Experience with Smartsheets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office core products (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Requirements:

▪        Must have minimum 2 years’ online gaming experience, managing third-party integrations (e.g. games or payment providers.)

Travel Requirements:

This role may require travel, as mutually agreed from time to time. International travel to GAN’s European offices may be required to facilitate training with other GAN team members.


GAN operates in a highly regulated environment, and candidate may be required to obtain an occupational gaming license in one or more U.S. states, which includes an application of personal data, a criminal and credit check, and fingerprints.  GAN will cover all costs and provide access to an Identify Protection program.
