GAN is a leading business-to-business supplier of internet gambling software-as-a-service solutions predominantly to the U.S. land-based casino industry. GAN has developed a proprietary internet gambling enterprise software system, GameSTACK™, which it licenses to land-based casino operators as a turnkey technology solution for regulated real money internet gambling, encompassing internet gaming, internet sports gaming and virtual Simulated Gaming.

The Financial Planning and Analysis team is responsible for all aspects of GAN’s fiduciary responsibilities and plays a key role in the continued transformation of GAN into a modern, digitally enabled NASDAQ company. FP&A owns or supports financial planning, variance analysis, month-end close process, management reporting, tracking KPI, preparation of financial statements, and supporting strategic initiative such as business development and M&A. This role is an integral part of the FP&A team with ownership of multiple deliverables and processes within the scope of the Finance department.

Job Purpose:

The Financial Analyst will provide planning, reporting, analysis, and decision support to both Corporate & Operational departments. We are looking for an analyst with strong of Finance and Accounting knowledge and strives in a fast-paced environment. This analyst will support both the planning for revenue, expenses, and resources; create month end reports for their areas of responsibilities; and collaborate with stake to carry out the FP&A responsibilities.

Description of Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and month-end close.
  • Create, update, and maintain financial models and detailed forecasts of the company’s operations.
  • Prepare monthly summary of partner P&L with supporting KPIs. Comparing historical results against budgets and forecasts and variance analysis to explain differences in performance.
  • Support the stake holders with monthly summaries of expenditures vs. budget and prior periods. Examining and evaluating the cost-efficiency of each department of the company, considering what percentage of the company’s financial resources each department consumes.
  • Maintain and update the financial terms for each commercial contract.
  • Track and report tangibles and intangibles, pre-paid contracts, and the subsequent depreciation and amortization schedules.
  • Assist in preparation of regulatory reports and executive presentations.
  • Gain an understanding of all facets of the business for efficiency and provide quality support to all business partners.


Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • One to Three years of experience in related field.
  • General knowledge of full cycle accounting (GAAP) and Financial Statements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with financial modelling experience.
  • Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by the company from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position
