Team Overview:

The Gaming Operations team members are located across London and the US both within offices and remote and covers all operational and product aspects for GAN.

Job Purpose:

GAN is looking for a highly motivated and organised individual who will be able to support the Head of Product Strategy on delivering against our company goals of serving our B2B clients with excellence in product, technical delivery and post launch operations.

The Team Assistant is a business support role, providing support to the Gaming Operations team consisting of 100+ people. This role typically provides a comprehensive administrative support including proactive management of special projects, looking and manipulating data using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and the Google suite of office products, client liaison, mailbox and calendar management, general operational support and effective co-ordination of activities.

 

Description of Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the CGO in arranging travel, visas and accommodation, taking notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
  • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Dealing with incoming email and often corresponding on behalf of the CGO and Head of Product Strategy
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.


In addition to supporting manager, additional duties include:

  • Carrying out specific projects and research
  • Taking responsibility of accounts and budgets
  • Working more closely with management if taking on some of the Head of Product Strategy’s responsibilities
  • Deputising for the CGO, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence
  • Being involved in decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a team assistant/PA role supporting executive team members
  • Experience in online gaming/gambling preferable
  • Experience in running meetings and leading agendas
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in using Power BI desirable
  • Self-motivated and solution orientated
  • Experience in assisting teams
  • Strong emotional IQ (EQ) and demonstrated ability to create relationships with new people quickly and easily and manage those relationships effectively over time
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Confident, strategic thinker
  • Strong presentations skills
  • Demonstrates ability to adapt to various Client corporate cultures
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
This role may require travel, as mutually agreed from time to time. 

GAN operates in a highly regulated environment, and candidate may be required to obtain an occupational gaming license in one or more U.S. states, which includes an application of personal data, a criminal and credit check, and fingerprints.  GAN will cover all costs and provide access to an Identity Protection program.
