Team Overview:

The Marketing department members are split between the Las Vegas, Irvine, London, Tel Aviv and Sofia offices and is responsible for Corporate Marketing, as well as supporting a number of simulated gaming and real money gaming marketing programs on behalf of our worldwide B2B partner casinos. This team is central to the Sportsbook and iGaming operations and U.S. strategies, and is therefore growing quickly

 Job Purpose:

The Director, Sportsbook Marketing leads GAN’s Marketing efforts in sportsbook. He is in charge of planning and overseeing the day-to-day sportsbook marketing activities GAN executes on behalf of its B2B clients

 Description of Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, drive and oversee overall sportsbook Marketing calendar for GAN’s B2B partners
  • Work with Trading, Acquisition and CRM teams to create and execute tactics for promotions aimed at acquiring and retaining customers
  • Work with the Marketing Services team to define and execute offline and cross-sell on-property campaigns
  • Own and manage the offline sportsbook Marketing budget
  • Analyze and report internally and externally on the performance and targets, working with the BI team
  • Work with other Marketing teams and Product in order to suggest product and tools enhancements for online sportsbook

 Professional Requirements:

  •  5+ years of Sportsbook marketing experience either on-property or online required, including a decent hands-on work with trading teams on marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of US sportsbook environment, media, audience and  challenges, marketing strategies and products
  • Knowledge in offline marketing – TV, radio, billboards, etc.
  • Highly analytical and numbers driven
  • Strong emotional IQ (EQ) and demonstrated ability to create relationships with new people quickly and easily and manage those relationships effectively over time
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Self-motivated and solution-oriented
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Confident, strategic thinker
  • Strong presentations skills
  • Proven ability to be financially accountable (with client and agency budgets)
  • Demonstrates ability to adapt to various Client corporate cultures
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution
