User Acquisition Manager
Team Overview:
The Marketing team is split between the Irvine, London, Tel Aviv and Sofia offices and is responsible for Corporate Marketing, as well as supporting a number of simulated gaming and real money gaming marketing programs on behalf of our US B2B partner casinos and sportsbooks. The team is central to the global real money gaming and simulated gaming strategies.
Job Purpose:
In the role of User Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing large-scale advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is an analytical and business-savvy number cruncher who can independently manage multiple acquisition campaigns. This role is well suited for those who are ambitious; results-oriented and want to make a direct impact on the growth of the business.
Description of Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyse & optimize campaign trends in real-time to hit performance and engagement KPI’s (budget, CPA, and LTV targets)
- Plan and execute marketing strategies - Develop test plans, measure performance, and make recommendations based on test results
- Collaborate with different teams members within the marketing department to deliver and execute successful marketing campaigns
- Run ongoing A/B Testing on different KPI parameters
- Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad ideas
Requirements:
Professional Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in managing user acquisition campaigns – a must
- Experience in campaign management on self-served platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, Snapchat etc. - a must
- Highly analytical mind set with the ability to manipulate and analyse large quantities of data and present findings in reports
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Profound knowledge of MS-Office Products (Excel in particular)
- Fluent English - Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the iGaming industry (social or real money casino and sportsbook) is a big plus
