Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Team Overview:
The HR and Talent Acquisition team members are located throughout the world: Irvine, CA; Las Vegas, NV; London, UK; Sofia, and Bulgaria with employees and managers in the US, the UK, Israel, Bulgaria, and Estonia, with future potential additional locations.
Job Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report to the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition and will work closely with the Global HR and Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide key operational support to aid in the execution of successful hiring and in other aspects of the recruiting process such as research, creative sourcing programs, activities, reporting, hiring events, onboarding of new employees and other strategic initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for delivering and expanding TA tools, systems, and data analytics. This position will serve as subject matter expert for applicant and recruiting related systems and resources, while driving recruiting operational excellence and efficiencies across the organization.
Description of Job Responsibilities:
- Manage requisition process and job postings on the applicant tracking system
- Build out recruiting metrics, reporting from ATS and other data sites
- Research and identify new tools, technology, and resources around recruiting best practices, including but not limited to vendor partners, systems, and processes to improve the way TA operates
- Manage partnerships with LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Jobs.BG including manual posting on these and other sites.
- On-board and manage relationships with external agencies and understand where best to utilize them based on performance, with the overall goal of providing recommendations on how to reduce agency spend
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) and “super user” for TA systems and practices. Embrace and improve the ATS (Team Tailor) to maintain accurate and well documented notes on candidates, searches, vendors, etc. to support the recruiting process. Provide necessary training to end users (new team members and/or hiring managers) to increase their effectiveness and ability to use TA systems and tools. Review other ways to use the ATS for efficiencies and best practice processes.
- Develop engaging content for, monitor and report on social media channels globally
- Manage the Employee Referral Program to include monthly Bonus research and confirmation of bonus payments
- Create offer letters, follow up on executed copies
- US application management to ensure applications have been completed and returned
- Help build our candidate network by sourcing and evaluating candidates
- Assist with onboarding of new employees
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in an HR/Recruiting environment
- Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to effectively balance several projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Must have excellent customer service and professional communication skills; and the ability to maintain good working relations with vendors, applicants, employees, managers, and team members
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and demeanor under tight deadlines and conflicting priorities
- Must be willing to work early mornings to support European time zones
- Must be willing to travel (if needed) in support of recruiting special events to include job fairs and campus recruiting
- Ability to handle periods of increased workload and deadlines, and be flexible, as business needs change
- Strong independent thinker with emotional IQ (EQ) and demonstrated ability to create relationships with new people quickly and easily and manage those relationships effectively over time
- Strong skills in Microsoft suite
Travel Requirements:
This role could require up to 10% of travel for US based recruiting events and support.
