Join GAN as a Junior JavaScript Developer in Sofia! We’re looking for an enthusiastic developer to join our front-end team. You’ll collaborate with technical colleagues, project managers, and business owners to build and maintain a cutting-edge multi-tier platform. Your role will include taking ownership of tasks, providing accurate estimates and documentation, and supporting troubleshooting efforts. Working with the latest technologies, our team develops in-house software powering gaming applications using HTML5, TypeScript and JavaScript. A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Working with project managers, business owners, and external customers to implement new projects and features in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Maintaining existing code, including fixing bugs and optimizing performance.
• Identifying root causes of incidents to improve operational efficiency and delivering suitable solutions.
• Enhancing back-office tools by identifying and implementing improvements.
• Documenting developed solutions clearly and comprehensively.

You’re good at

• 1 year of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Pixi.js.
• Understanding of Node.js fundamentals.
• Experience with Vue.js (used for game user interfaces).
• Knowledge of React.js (used for in-house tools).
• Proficiency in using Git.
• Thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Demonstrating adaptability to various corporate cultures and strategic planning while managing tactical execution. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Contributing impactful ideas and solutions to support our rapidly growing presence in the evolving US gaming market.
• Fluency in verbal and written English is a must, as it's our primary means of communication.
