Technical Sales Lead (US)

Team Overview:

The Client Services Team members are located out of both the US (East Coast) and Las Vegas GAN offices and covers all Client Services and Account Management aspects for GAN. The Client Service Team is responsible for providing internal and external customers effective working relationships for client stakeholders, including Commercial, Product, Software Delivery, Marketing, BI, IT Support, Finance, and Customer Services teams. The Client Services Team is responsible for end to end oversight of the Simulated and Real Money Gaming for all Customers.

Job Purpose:

Technical Sales Lead shall be responsible for presenting GAN’s product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in our technology and infrastructure, and to remove all technical or product objections in the sales cycle.

The Technical Sales Lead will need to leverage comprehensive technical and product knowledge of GAN, along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products, for which a certain level of expertise is needed. The Technical Sales Lead will be a key point of contact for clients and provide both pre- and after-sales advice and assist sales colleagues with bids and tenders for new clients and liaise regularly with other members of the company from a range of departments, including: development, delivery, product, marketing, and account management.


Description of Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required
  • Work with the Client Services group to arrange and carry out product training
  • Support sales and marketing activities by attending presentations/meetings, trade shows, conferences and other events
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
  • Gather high level requirements or specifications

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a pre-sales technical lead  
  • Exceptional external and internal communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
  • Experience with hardware and network administration
  • History of architecting and delivering large scale projects thru the sales channel
  • Excellent presentation skills as well as the ability to negotiate difficult or sensitive situations diplomatically
  • Ability to understand client's perspectives in all interactions, to analyse their needs and to offer alternative solutions
  • Team player
  • Adaptable, flexible and open minded

This position can be located in any location preferably near one of GAN's Offices

 

Travel Requirements:

This role could require up to 20% of travel for US based client support. The possibility for international travel exists for collaboration with GAN teams, therefore a valid and current passport must be maintained.
