Team Overview:

The Client Services Team is responsible for maintaining effective working relationships with the company’s external clients and partners, as well as with internal stakeholders, including Project Management, Sales, Product, Software Delivery, Marketing, BI, IT Support, Finance, and Customer Services teams. The Team is responsible for maintaining an end to end awareness of all aspects of the operations of the company’s Social and Real-money gaming sites and apps for each client.

Job Purpose:

The position is responsible for the planning, creation, and facilitating of technology training courses to our clients. This is an extremely important role as you will be responsible for training and enhancing the competencies of our clients. You will be planning and implementing training programs in a way that is both interesting and useful to our clients, resulting in the required knowledge and tools to successfully utilize and operate all of GAN products and services. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to combine your passion for training and technology to drive GAN client performance and satisfaction.

Description of Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop structured training courses and correlating supporting documentation
  • Design and support development of engaging instructor-lead and eLearning materials for both internal and customer facing audiences
  • Owning the quality of the learning experience for assigned areas of the GAN product
  • Delivering instructional content to customers through channels such as documentation, live streams, video courses, and in-person speaking facilitation
  • Ability to translate technical language into language suitable for the targeted audience.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal project team to ensure successful learning outcomes.
  • Assist in development and maintenance of training database and peripherals to ensure they are current and in good working condition.
  • Identifying and meeting customer needs for technical documentation, best practices, and other instructional content
  • Working closely with technical writers, developers, and other trainers to ensure the depth and consistency of the learning material
  • Becoming an internal subject matter expert to foundational GAN products
  • Driving the shape of user experience by suggesting improvements to new features and workflows
  • Execute on get these job requirements while insisting on the highest standards and measuring the impact of the learning experiences produced

Requirements:

  • Formal technical training qualifications
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning and understanding new technologies
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point, Camtasia, or Captivate.
  • Experience within technology, gaming, casino industry or a comprehensive understanding of software training space
  • Considerable hands-on experience in the delivery of formal training programs (Such as experience starting a new training programing)
  • Exceptional presentation, organizational, oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write training and procedural documentation
  • Instructional aptitude coupled with and mixture of strong technical and interpersonal client facing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders to establish and pursue a shared vision
  • Ability to travel to customer sites to deliver training (as applicable)

 Travel Requirements:

This role requires up to 20% of travel for US based client support.  The possibility for international travel exists for collaboration with GAN teams, therefore a valid and current passport must be maintained. 


GAN operates in a highly regulated environment, and candidate may be required to obtain an occupational gaming license in one or more U.S. states, which includes an application of personal data, a criminal and credit check, and fingerprints.  GAN will cover all costs and provide access to an Identify Protection program.
