GAN is a leading developer and supplier of online gaming content and enterprise-level business to business (B2B) Gaming Software Systems. We are the intermediary between traditional brick and mortar (physical) casinos and their online presence. Casinos like Wynn and Caesars want their customers to continue the gaming experience after their customers leave their physical properties and we provide them the technology for their customers to play on-line. We offer Real Money Gaming – in municipalities where gaming for money is allowed and Simulated Gaming where it is not and customers play for loyalty program points. GAN has several global locations. We have offices in Las Vegas NV, Irvine CA, London UK, Sofia Bulgaria, Tel Aviv Israel, and we acquired a B2C company in Estonia called Cool Bet. Cool Bet offers a sports betting platform that we offer to our B2B clients while Cool Bet goes directly to the consumer and has a strong presence in South America. 70% of GAN’s business is in the US with 25% in Italy and a small portion under 5% in Australia. GAN has gone public twice, first on the London Stock Exchange then more recently on the NASDAQ under the symbol GAN.
