A Sneak Peek into Your Role
- Be the focal point for crafting and shaping the long-term CRM strategy of our most strategic partners, including devising cross-collaboration between online and on-property marketing efforts.
- Actively participate in implementing new user journeys and integrating with third-party CRM tools and features.
- Take responsibility for the successful implementation, management, and day-to-day operation of CRM activities and automation systems.
- Manage the monetization activities within the game through the site’s back-office system, including setting up promotions, controlling game features, creating pricing configurations, segmentation, and awarding prizes.
- Manage the monetization activities outside the game, such as setting up ongoing and daily emails, in-app messaging, and push notifications.
- Ensure the CRM strategy is consistent, flawless, and delivers the best customer experience.
- Continuously analyze and optimize CRM journeys to drive continuous improvement and identify future growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer engagement with refreshing, perfectly executed campaigns and relevant communication cycles.
You’re good at
- 2 years of experience in a CRM or online marketing role, focusing on customer retention. Previous experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is considered an advantage.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Proficient in computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn and operate multiple applications.
- Capable of thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment while having exceptional time management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proactive and creative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is a must, as it's our primary means of communication.
