The Job in a Nutshell

GAN operates high-traffic gaming websites across the Atlantic, each with its unique customer segments and marketing strategies. To bring our creative vision to life, we’re seeking a creative Animator to work closely with our Product and B2C teams. In this role, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling animations for our slot games. If you have a strong background in game design, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across multiple time zones, this role is meant for you!

A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Collaborating closely with the 2D Art and Animation team to produce visually stunning animations and effects for slot games, ensuring alignment with thematic styles and target audiences.
• Actively engaging with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful design solutions.
• Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines by creating graphics and visual elements that maintain a cohesive visual identity across various platforms.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in game and graphic design, and incorporating them into design concepts.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and consistently meeting project deadlines.

You’re good at

• You have proven experience as an Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing game or slot animations.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, preferably with a focus on slots or similar games.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Spine and After effects).
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling graphics.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in a cross-functional team environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team, displaying initiative and making creative decisions while adhering to project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken, enabling seamless collaboration with team members across different locations and time zones.

Nice to have:

• Experience using JIRA or other issue tracking and project management tools.
• Demonstrated adaptability to various corporate cultures and the ability to thrive in diverse client environments.
