Senior Financial Analyst
GAN is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join its global Finance team. In this role, you will support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the business while partnering with cross-functional leaders to help drive data-driven decision making. You will develop and maintain financial models, analyze financial and operational performance, and deliver insights that support both strategic initiatives and day-to-day business operations.
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting budgeting and forecasting activities related to B2B revenue and operational performance, while also helping improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools used by management. As part of a global finance organization spanning the United States, United Kingdom, and Estonia — and supporting a parent company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange — this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, international business environment.
Core responsibilities
Support financial planning processes including annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range planning.
Develop and maintain financial models and partner-level P&Ls to forecast revenue, costs, and profitability.
Maintain and validate key financial and operational drivers used in forecasting models.
Analyze financial and operational performance and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities impacting results.
Prepare monthly and quarterly performance analyses, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
Translate financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for management.
Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
Validate and reconcile operational KPIs and financial metrics, ensuring alignment between business performance indicators and financial results.
Develop deeper understanding of the online gambling ecosystem, partner performance, and market dynamics to support performance analysis.
Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models used for forecasting, scenario analysis, and profitability analysis.
Improve model structure, data flows, and calculation frameworks to ensure accuracy, transparency, and scalability.
Own financial models and analytical frameworks supporting partner-level profitability, operational performance tracking, and forecasting activities.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and analytical processes through automation, standardization, and improved data workflows.
Contribute to the development of new analytical tools, dashboards, or reporting frameworks that enhance business visibility.
Partner with business stakeholders to support strategic planning, operational initiatives, and business development efforts.
Identify new analytical opportunities and areas where additional data collection could improve business insight.
Develop scenario analyses and financial simulations to evaluate potential business outcomes and support management decision-making.
Maintain documentation for financial models, key reporting processes, and analytical methodologies.
Experience and key competencies
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles. Specialized in:
budgeting and forecasting
financial modeling
performance analysis
working with large data sets
Experience in high-growth and international environments is preferred
Technical Skills:
Experience with scenario modeling and advanced Excel financial simulations preferred
Experience with data visualization, reporting, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Experience with budgeting / planning systems is a plus
Knowledge:
Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret operational and financial data
Language: Excellent written and spoken English.

The range for this role is $90,000 to $115,000.
